Color Carnival #38

This is inside one of my favorite shops that I always take visitors to.....Margaret Albritton Gallery in Placida, FL. It's so much fun to go there and very colorful as well.

Oh my! This is just the kind of place I would love! That bird is an absolute hoot! I would set him in my patio and have him join me for a margarita! Just love it!

I WANT the flamingo clock with the red beady legs - that would be pretty fun on my patio.

Ohhh I know that name, Margaret Albritton. There once was a wonderful, amazing lady named Vera who took Greyhounds out of animal shelters as soon as they arrived and got them into foster homes, because Greyhounds don't do well in shelters. She had a wild and crazy and wonderful past and her present was pretty great too, except for back surgery, etc. Unfortunately she did not have a future - she passed away last year and I miss her. Anyway, she was on the special mailing list when some of the Albritton pictures were going on sale once a year and she got some beauties! Thanks for the memory.

My dad grew up in Placida. And my grandfather built one of the fisheries down there. Its old Florida at its best.
