Color Carnival #37

Found this while shopping in St. Armands Circle, Sarasota, Florida. Pretty expensive at $450 but it is hand carved and hand painted and was about 18" in diameter. If only I could afford to buy beautiful pieces such as this.

Wow Vicki you really do find the most beautiful things - too bad we can't all afford to buy them - we can all enjoy your images though :) great CC!

Cool, I want one too :-)

Beautiful!
There used to be an artist in Dunedin who did work like this. He used stains to color the wood. I always wanted (and still do) one of his cabinets...sigh.

It's a very beautiful piece of work but still too expensive for my pocket!

It's lovely, I assume it's a wall art piece, right! Lucky you to be able to go browsing in St. Armands Circle!!

Happy Valentine's!

I think it's very attractive and colourful, but you could probably paint one just as good for less money!

You always have great finds! I would want one too, if I can afford!

Really beautiful...I'd also like one (if money was no object) My husband and I had dinner at the Tommy Bahama's at Amands Circle in Sarasota, last May. I really would like to spend more time in that area...the beaches are so beautiful.
