Shadow Shot Sunday #87

Mama and baby hidden in the shadows. This was taken from inside my friends (Colorado Springs, Colorado) dining room. I think mama could hear me and that's why she is facing me ... she is also waiting to make sure I don't come out there and try to get her fawn . Many times my friend has seen a deer literaly running through her back yard only to find out the deer was being chased by a bear!

Your quivering heart,
little fawn—I can hear it
thumping like a drum.

What a beautiful shadow shot! I love it! How wonderful to be able to see them from your friend's house! Could do without the bear though!! Have a great week!

How lovely! Wish I could see some nature from my window, I would love to have deer crashing around. Not sure about the bears, though!

It really amazes me that these cuties are tame, indeed.

Cool shots, Lady. You did a good job.

Happy SS...

Beautiful! No "good" deer here in Florida. I miss them. they used to jump our fence to get in the pasture to eat from the apple tree.
