Color Carnival #33

A couple of yard art designs at the Barrier Island Center, Melbourne Beach, Florida part of the Caribbean Conservation Corporation. These are made out of bottle tops....check out the sea turtles eyes, pretty clever I'd say. That one was made by my daughter and the star fish below by one of the kids during sea turtle day camp.

These are adorable! I LOVE the sea turtle. My favorite classes to teach are all around using junk...like bottle caps. I'm going to have to start saving these too...and get my neighbors to do the same (they already think of me as a bit strange!).

Thanks for sharing your photos...and be sure to tell your daughter how much I liked her turtle.

No wonder children can make such delightful things when the bottle tops are so colourful!

That is such a pretty colorful turtle, a great idea of using recycle material.

Those are very cute and would be pretty easy to make to add to any garden - nice CC Vicki!

What a great project for children. I have to email a link to your pictures to my sister. These would make a perfect project for her girl scouts.

Thank you for posting them. I will start saving all my colorful bottle caps.

These are so cool! I want some for my yard! Maybe I can get the boys to help make some this summer :-)
Perfect CC shot!

Very clever eyes! And really cute yard art, much better than filling a garbage bag with them!
