Found this handsome guy while touring author, Marjorie Kinnan Rawlings, historic homesite in Cross Creek, FL.
and this one while grocery shopping on Big Pine Key, Florida.....as some of you know Key West, FL is known for their wandering chickens and roosters everywhere.

I love "feral" chickens... there is something so bold, and not just their colour!, about them living wild. Of course, you have less predators there than we have here!
