Ruby Tuesday

Found this magnificient piece of artwork in a wonderfully fun shop at St Armands Circle in Sarasota, Florida this past week. If I had several thousand dollars I didn't know what to do with (don't I wish) I would purchase this in a heartbeat. It is a solid, hand carved, very large, piece of wood probably about 3' x 5' or so. To see the detail click on it to enlarge.

That is truly a fine piece of patriotic artwork. You photographed it very nicely! I, also, would be proud to display it in my home ...if I could afford it...Beautiful post!

One really must enlarge it to see the detail.
